Met nieuwe ogen kijken is one of those Dutch fixed phrases that sounds like a slogan but is genuinely common in everyday talk: “to look at something with new eyes.” It’s the framing Dutch speakers use when they want to praise looking deeper at a known place, person or routine instead of constantly chasing the next thing.
