What does “turbo” mean in Polish slang?

Polish speakers under thirty have turned turbo into an all-purpose intensifier. Where a textbook says bardzo miły (“very nice”), the internet says turbo miły. It behaves like an adverb and sits in front of any adjective: turbo fajny (“super cool”), turbo drogi (“mega expensive”), turbo zmęczony (“dead tired”).
