Ik mean het lifts the English verb mean and drops it unchanged into Dutch word order: ik (I) + bare English stem + het (it). No Dutch conjugation — just the English verb as-is. Young Dutch speakers do this constantly as a casual anglicism. Standard Dutch is ik meen het, the correct neutral form, but the code-switched ik mean het feels more spontaneous and emphatic — which is why mean is swapped in so often.
