يلا أكش (yalla akish) is the Egyptian Arabic way of telling someone to leave, fast. Yalla is “come on” across Arabic; akish is an Egyptian colloquial verb for “shoo” or “scram,” with the same dismissive snap as American English “beat it.” Said sharply, it cuts.
