What does “stravaccato” mean in Italian?

In this comic speed date, a guy claims he resembles Cristiano Ronaldo, then deflates it: «quando sono stravaccato in boxer sul divano» (“when I’m sprawled in my boxers on the couch”). Stravaccato means sprawled, slumped, or flopped down lazily.

It’s gloriously expressive: the stra- piles on intensity (think “utterly”), so to be stravaccato is to be melted into the sofa, all elbows and slouch. The joke runs on the gap between a chiseled footballer and a guy stravaccato in his underwear. The perfect word for couch-potato season.
